THE POSITION
The Entrepreneur Experience (EX) Growth team at Endeavor is focused on building scalable tools and programs to upskill and develop the leadership capabilities of Endeavor’s global network of 2,700+ entrepreneurs and 500+ team members across 50+ markets. In doing so, the team is seeking an Entrepreneur Experience & Knowledge Management Graduate-Level Intern for Summer 2026. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, business knowledge, and the management of a global digital entrepreneur experience.
The Intern will focus on two core areas:
Business Knowledge Development and Management: translating complex business challenges and founder insights into action-oriented strategic playbooks on topics such as AI adoption, M&A readiness, market expansion, and leadership development
