An exciting contract opportunity exists for an experienced Enterprise Transformation / People Change Manager to join a leading banking and financial services environment, driving large-scale transformation initiatives across the rest of Africa operations.

This role is ideal for a seasoned Change Manager, Organisational Change Lead, Transformation Manager, Business Change Manager, or People Change Specialist with strong exposure to banking transformation, digital banking, payments, card acquiring, card issuing, stakeholder management, and M&A integration projects .

You will play a critical role in ensuring successful people adoption, executive alignment, organisational readiness, and stakeholder engagement across multiple African markets in a fast‑paced, highly complex environment.
