ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS MANAGER

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Enterprise Systems Manager is responsible for the strategy, stability, and evolution of Kwik Lok's global enterprise systems (ES) landscape. This role blends hands-on technical oversight with people and project leadership, ensuring enterprise systems reliably support manufacturing operations, ERP processes, automation technologies, and corporate functions.

Reporting to the CFO, this role leads the Enterprise Systems (IT/IS) team, manages complex system escalations, and collaborates internationally with department heads to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient multi-year solutions aligned with business goals.
