Shape the future strategy of Air New Zealand

We’re looking for an Enterprise Strategy Specialist to join our Enterprise Strategy Chapter. This is a high-impact role supporting some of the airline’s most important, ambiguous and system-wide strategic choices.

Sitting within the Enterprise Strategy Chapter, you will help bring structure, evidence, commercial judgement and enterprise thinking to complex strategic problems. You’ll work with leaders across the airline to align on priorities, clarify trade-offs and connect strategic ambition to practical execution.
