Job Responsibilities

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for an experienced and cleared Enterprise SATCOM / Network Administrator to join our team on-site on Scott AFB, IL. This position supports the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Enterprise SATCOM Gateway Services (ESGS), providing worldwide 24/7/365 technical and operational support to tactical customers accessing DoD Gateway facilities.
+ Create and update tickets utilizing DISA ticketing applications to aid in customer problem tracking and resolution in all aspects of the network integral to our clients Baseband, IF and RF communications.

+ Monitor network events and element management failures in real-time on a 24x7x365 basis.
