            Responsibilities  Establish and run the CCoE (governance, brokerage, transformation) 
Define Azure landing zone and architecture standards 
Drive workload strategy (migrate, modernise, SaaS, retire) 
Create migration playbooks and decision frameworks 
Implement cost governance and cloud controls 
Engage senior stakeholders and guide key decisions 
 Key Outputs  Azure landing zone (production‑ready) 
Migration playbook and workload framework 
Cost and governance model 
Architecture decision log 
Team capability uplift plan 
 Requirements  12+ years in cloud/infrastructure architecture 
Strong Azure expertise (landing zones, identity, networking) 
Experience building or leading a CCoE 
IaC (Terraform/Bicep) knowledge 
Enterprise migration experience
