Job Description

We are seeking an Enrollment Specialist to guide applicants through our enrollment and onboarding process. This role involves collecting and verifying personal and financial information from applicants. A background check and credit screening are required for all enrollment positions.

Responsibilities

• Guide applicants through the enrollment process step by step
• Collect, verify, and enter applicant personal and financial information accurately
• Follow up with incomplete applications and request missing documentation
• Maintain accurate enrollment records in the internal database
• Meet daily and weekly enrollment completion targets
• Ensure all data handling complies with privacy and compliance requirements
