Job Summary

Scottsdale Community College seeks seven part‑time Enrollment Navigators for a 3‑month project to support students through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Connect with students by phone, email, and in person.
• Support call campaigns and email outreach.
• Identify enrollment barriers and help remove them.
• Collaborate with enrollment areas (A & R, Financial Aid, Early College, etc.) to provide holistic support.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
