In line with the NHS Long Term Plan for maternity and neonatal services, we will be commencing an Enhanced Continuity of Carer role dedicated to providing enhanced care for those that require additional support throughout their pregnancy and postnatal period with the aim to reduce inequalities in maternal and neonatal outcomes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate midwife to develop the role to care for a defined vulnerability caseload of women/birthing people and their families.
