This is a 3rd shift position in an engineering lab, Monday - Friday, 11pm - 8am.
The Engineering Technician I is responsible for performing electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing on current and new product designs under close supervision. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives to reduce the potential for product defects and contributes to laboratory operations in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

+ Set up test equipment and products in the correct sequence in accordance with approved test procedures.

+ Perform testing on prototypes, existing products, and competitor products based on defined criteria involving mechanical, electrical, environmental, and electromechanical functions, in compliance with ISO 17025 and the Laboratory Scope of Operations.
