Engineering Technician
**Job Description:**

_The Manufacturing Engineering Technician will have direct involvement with Manufacturing, Design and Operations with a focus on new product launch. The Technician will be involved in all phases of new product launch from producing prototypes to investigation of new processes and launching into mass production._

**Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Working with engineering and operators to produce prototype parts for engineering builds
+ Work through multiple parallel path options for production methods. Both internal processes and investigation of new processes
+ Work with outside vendors and project engineers for new equipment design
+ Work with outside vendors and project engineers for testing, validating and qualifying external processes for production
+ Provides technical training assistance to shift operators and Set-up Technicians
