• Plan and manage daily engineering operations, including preparing work programs, supervising staff, and ensuring optimal team performance
• Inspect, maintain, and repair hotel systems and equipment (kitchen, laundry, HVAC, mechanical, piping, and plumbing) to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Monitor and control equipment condition and material usage, reporting defects promptly and maintaining accurate maintenance records and log books
• Lead, manage, and develop engineering staff, ensuring punctual attendance, proper appearance, effective teamwork, and participation in training programs
• Ensure workplace safety and operational continuity, responding immediately to system defects to prevent guest complaints and service interruptions
