Location: Windsor, ON

Schedule : Day Shift (Approx. 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Travel : Local customer travel with occasional U.S. travel

Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Salary : $90,000–$125,000+ CAD, based on direct Program Management experience within a manufacturing environment

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs from award through final delivery within a manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary customer contact and coordinates engineering, production, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer requirements.
