Engineering Program Manager

**OVERALL MISSION / PURPOSE**

Job scope includes both program management and process improvement. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and to launch products on time, on budget and to the specification. Also comply with continuity of supply, service capability, sales volumes/financials and customer experience.

**KEY RESULTS AREAS / DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & TIME SPENT ON THE DUTY**

1. Generate program plan, development schedule and master build plan

+ Generate master schedule planning which aligns with requested milestones considering leadtime of each task
+ Drive ECO, BOM loading, materials/tooling availability, factory build and samples delivery to align with customer demand
+ Conduct Phase/Gate Exit Review Meetings and track sign-off completion of exit checklists
