Your day-to-day as an Engineering Manager:
Lead and coordinate engineering activities for assigned fabrication and manufacturing projects
Oversee engineering design, shop drawings, and technical documentation for code and non-code work
Interpret customer specifications and design drawings and translate them into fabrication-ready documents
Manage and support welding, fabrication, and engineering personnel, including weld engineering functions
