            Job Descriptions  Tooling & Engineering Management  Lead Tool & Die Toolroom operations from design through fabrication, tooling approval, and production handover. 
Manage tooling development projects and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. 
Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D CAD models. 
Oversee tool, jig, fixture, and die design activities to meet production and quality requirements. 
Coordinate tooling fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
 Project Management  Lead Engineering Development teams from project initiation through project approval for die casting-related programs. 
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on engineering and project requirements. 
Conduct project reviews, engineering discussions, and technical negotiations.
