**Job Description Summary**
You will be leading the Transformer Engineering Team in Haiphong, Vietnam.
Managing teams of electrical, mechanical and controls engineers, responsible for the full engineering design of power transformers and control systems.

**Job Description**

+ Lead the engineering team in Vietnam, ensuring the designs are fully compliant to IEC60076, quality approved, on time and on budget. Understand processes, training, tools, setting operational targets and rhythm to ensure delivery, challenge the status quo and bring in the experience and expertise to deliver performance of team.
+ Provide local engineering support to Haiphong Transformer factory.
+ Expert in design related to HVAC and HVDC transformers with knowledge of all aspects of design HVAC transformer design up to 765kV (and preferably of HVDC transformers).
