Job Description We are currently hiring for an Engineering Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa. The role will entail:

Primary Responsibilities

Tracks, expedites, schedules, monitors and reports on all phases of Engineering development and NPI projects being built in Production and / or Engineering labs.

Prepares summaries/status reports on individual project performance; highlights problems that may affect completion of activities as defined by schedule; initiates discussion of issues to determine solutions.

Attends project review meetings to report on Engineering project progress. Follows‑up and expedites activities failing to meet Engineering schedule and stop orders ensuring corrective action is implemented without delay.

Liaises with all departments involved in procurement of parts and assemblies from Production for Engineering projects: assists in expediting materials with SCM to mitigate issues e.g. late delivery; works with receivi...
