In this position, you will:
Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of wireless network solutions, including 5G, LTE, and Wi-Fi. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure successful government and enterprise project deliveries.
Participate in DICT projects, focusing on the delivery of wireless network components. Work with cross-functional teams (development, sales, ICT and production) to integrate wireless solutions into broader government and enterprise projects.
Conduct site surveys to evaluate conditions and provide tailored wireless solutions. Analyze network performance and recommend improvements.
Monitor wireless network performance and address issues promptly to maintain service quality. Provide ongoing technical support to clients and internal teams.
