            On‑Site System Troubleshooting  Act as the L1 and L2 escalation point for all technical issues across multiple client environments. 
Investigate root‑cause analysis (RCA), incident resolution, and long‑term corrective action planning. 
Diagnose advanced issues, credentialing workflows, hardware faults, network routing, and subsystem integrations. 
Engage vendor support teams for deep‑dive troubleshooting, bug escalations, and patch management. 
Perform hardware replacement, firmware upgrade and system patching. 
 Multi‑Platform System Expertise  Hands‑on expertise in various systems: LenelS2 OnGuard, Genetec, Milestone VMS. 
Ability to configure, integrate, and optimize controllers, readers, credential formats, PIN/biometric workflows, and enterprise permissions across platforms is essential.
