In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Execute small expansion projects, ad-hoc changes, batch enhancements, and logic/graphics development under Lifecycle Services.Support DeltaV upgrade projects, including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and project-to-service handover in line with standard checklists.Implement cybersecurity solutions and support customer workshops and programs such as Business Consulting Assessments (BCA) and Software Evaluation Services (SES).Deliver lifecycle service offerings including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Preventive and Warranty AMCs, and scheduled service packages (ST, ST), along with chargeable service visits as required.Provide technical support for Guardian / Essential Support customers across DeltaV Batch, DeltaV Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Charms I/O, Virtual I/O Modules (VIM), third-party integrations, and system maintenance.Drive customer engagement, generate service reports...
