Job Description



Who You Are The Engineer will provide technical support to integrators and end users across a multi-state region spanning the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast. This role is ideally based within the corridor between Mason, Ohio and Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities include developing and strengthening customer technical skills, delivering training, and providing advanced software and controls expertise. The Engineer will also support FANUC District Managers with sales initiatives to drive regional growth in units and profitability.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused problem-solver with a “Service First” mindset who has a background in automation and/or robotics engineering.

How It’s Done


+ Identify and visit key, new, or competitor ASI and End User accounts in the region; build relationships with engineering, management and ownership by spending time training and strengthening customer skillsets.
