The Role

A Facilities Engineer is responsible for assisting the Facility Manager to lead a team of Facilities Technicians to ensure facilities equipment and building infrastructure operate in tip‑top condition meeting compliance, safety, efficiency, and sustainability requirements. Their duties span maintenance, compliance, project management, and optimization of systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety equipment.

What You’ll Do

Operation & Maintenance

• Oversee daily operation of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
