We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Engagement and Inclusion Coach to join our prison education team in Scotland.

This role involves travelling within areas: Edinburgh, Perth, Grampian, Inverness, Castle Huntly.

Youll work across multiple touchpointsincluding learner inductions, residential halls, and prison events like careers fairsusing a trauma-informed approach to build trust, understand individual goals, and guide learners towards education and employment opportunities.
