Provide nursing care to patients in various units of the institution, supporting clinical and surgical patients under the supervision of unit nurse, continuous education supervisor, and nursing supervisor focused on quality and safety of care, and contributing to the patient’s therapeutic plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing assistance to patients across units under the supervision of the responsible nurse, in clinical and administrative practice.
• Perform daily history taking, physical examination, nursing diagnosis, prescription, and nursing progress notes (SAE).
• Ensure individualized and effective assistance to patients in the units.
