As an Energy Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy law and regulations, with a focus on advising clients on compliance, contracts, and litigation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Offer legal advice on energy projects, transactions, and regulatory issues
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
