• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Only take after-hours calls and urgent weekend calls; no inpatient call
• Currently 2 physicians, 1 APP, and 2 NPs
• Average daily patient volume: 15
• Diabetes educator on staff with plans to add a dietitian to the practice
Requirements
• MD or DO degree
• Will need to obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire
• Board-eligible/board-certified in Endocrinology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
