We invite applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate with strong expertise in plant tissue culture and regeneration to support and advance research focused on refining, optimizing, and standardizing existing plant transformation protocols. The successful candidate will work within an established transformation and regeneration platform, with primary responsibility for improving the robustness, efficiency, and reproducibility of tissue culture‑based workflows in Arica - Chile experimental Station.

• Execute and refine plant tissue culture protocols, including media preparation, explant handling, selection, regeneration, and acclimatization
