Based at our Head Office on the Central Coast of NSW, this pivotal role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide outcomes in a diverse and dynamic environment.

As the Employment Relations Business Partner, you’ll be the key advisor and lead on a range of employment and industrial relations matters. This is a hands-on role supporting leaders, HR teams, and operations managers across our national network.
