Our well-established national employment practice is looking for an experienced intermediate or senior employment lawyer to add to our team in Wellington, led by partner Rachael Brown.

You will join a collegial and established national team and have opportunities to develop your legal skills and build relationships in an inclusive and supportive team environment. Advisory work on employment issues

Employment investigations, disciplinary processes, and restructures

Personal grievances, mediations, and litigation in the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, and beyond

Health & safety issues, Holidays Act compliance, and workplace policy development
