Job Description
The ER Supervisor advises the HR Manager and employees on labor and employer relation matters, including grievances and arbitration procedures, performance issues and disciplinary actions; advises and assists HR Manager in identifying employer relations issues and determining appropriate course of action.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Human Resource or any related courses
- Solid experience in labor relations preferably in a manufacturing company with a labor union representation
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating collective bargaining agreements and resolving complex employer relations issues
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, integrity and confidentiality in all employer relations matters
- Willing to work onsite (Binan)
