Position Summary:
The ER&C Project Specialist supports the Employee Relations & Compliance Manager in delivering key departmental initiatives. The role focuses on coordinating, monitoring, documenting, and stabilizing projects related to DO-174 contractor compliance, case management documentation, ER&C dashboard management, and budget and procurement controls. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the position ensures project milestones are achieved, and processes are effectively established and transitioned upon project.

Lead the implementation and stabilization of the department’s contractor compliance initiatives in accordance with Department Order No. 174 and related internal governance requirements.
