The Employee Relations Associate Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for providing case management support throughout all phases of Employee Relations investigations. This role reports to an Employee Relations Senior Manager and operates in close coordination with a group of Employee Relations investigators. The overall objective of this role is to support the effective resolution of employee issues while contributing to the development and implementation of workplace policies, programs and enhancements that promote a positive and compliant work environment.

+ Create and maintain investigative case files, ensuring all relevant documentation and data are accurately captured and organized within the case management system (e.g., CMS)
