Evaluates and processes a wide range of complex union related requests and tickets, ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), seniority rules, and union policies. Serves as a subject matter resource for union transactions, audits, and escalations across HR systems (Workday and related tools). Assists team members in fact finding for internal/external HR audits. Coordinates requests with business partners to perform large volume transactions referring to established practice and policies. Updates HR system error queries to audit transaction activity for errors using established work procedures.
