We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Client Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with Risk Advisors to independently manage a book of employee benefits clients, ensuring exceptional service, proactive support, and successful management of new and renewal business.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for new and renewal business.
  • Prepare submissions, proposals, presentations, and spreadsheets for insurance carriers and clients.
  • Negotiate coverage terms, benefits, and pricing with carriers.
  • Coordinate new business onboarding, renewals, enrollments, coverage changes, and terminations.
