• Support and inspire clients to secure the best possible career available for them.
• Provide information and advice to support clients to manage their careers.
• Provide employability support (help with CVs, job searching activities, etc.) to those seeking to return to work or change jobs.
• Help clients achieve sustained positive outcomes (education, training, employment).

The successful applicant will be working with a varied client group including young people in their final year of education who want to move on to work or training, parents, adults who are unemployed and seeking support to enter the workplace, and people in work who are looking for a career change.
