We are seeking a strategic, organized, self‑starter to join our Global Technology & Operations team at AllianceBernstein’s headquarters in Nashville, TN. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and continuously evolve a highly regarded rotational development and internship program that has been successfully growing since 2000.

The program’s success is driven by the collective engagement of executives, managers, and employees who generously contribute their time by attending career fairs, interviewing candidates, mentoring participants, and directly managing Associates and interns. Building strong relationships and effectively coordinating this cross‑organizational collaboration is central to the role.
