**Qualified Candidates:**  

+ Must be BC/BE in EM (MD or DO) and EM residency trained
+ Possess strong communication skills
+ Expertise in the evaluation and management of acute medical emergencies
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment and decision-making skills

**Incentive/Position Details:**

+ 66,000 annual volume
+ 40 bed ED
+ 40 hours of daily physician coverage
+ 60 hours of daily Advanced Practice Provider coverage ( 44 hours on weekends)
+ Level IV Trauma Center
+ Academic appointment available: Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine with the University of Texas San Antonio.
