ED beds: 15

Coverage model includes 24 hours physician coverage plus 10 hours APC support

EMR: Epic

Required Qualifications

MD or DO

Emergency Medicine residency completed

Board certification accepted: ABEM or AOBEM

Active Indiana medical license

DEA with Indiana address

State controlled substance registration as required

Case logs for the past 2 years
