Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Emergency Medical Technician I to work varied shifts including weekends, as required by department. Positions are available throughout a variety of New Jersey locations. Our current per diem rate is $23.08 / hour with eligibility for overtime and shift differentials.

+ Provide pre-hospital care to sick/injured patients.

+ Provide inter-facility medical transportation as assigned.

Minimum Education:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

License/Certifications:

+ Current NJ, NY, PA, or National EMT certification required

+ Current BLS certification required

+ Valid driver’s license with unrestricted driving record required

+ Must be able to lift 125lbs

+ Selected candidates must maintain respirator fit test readiness at all times

Relevant Experience:

+ 1-3 years of prior experience is a plus
