This role is pivotal in shaping the organization’s leadership pipeline and ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent aligned with strategic priorities. Beyond recruitment delivery, the role will drive best‑in‑class hiring practices, processes, and stakeholder partnerships across the region, in close collaboration with Global TA teams.
