**What you’ll do**:
- Create and execute segment growth-map together with Segment-team, Country Sales Organizations and Business Unit by gathering and collecting market & customer needs
- Promoting capabilities, benefits and competitive advantages of Eaton
- Optimizing customer designs by supporting with product selection, layouts, competitive comparisons, elevation drawings and system configurations
- You will host designer/customer events to drive specification and getting Eaton on AVL (approved vendor list)
- Contributing to marketing activities including supporting development of marketing materials, customer and channel communication, as well as trade shows and conference activities
- Supporting management with key data and insights on market dynamics, for new business opportunities.
- Building new customer relationships and expand existing ones
- Understanding competitive environment and leverage knowledge to position and capture market share for Eaton.
