Fleekbiz is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to own outbound email and prospect list operations to market AI development and custom software services and products for North American SMBs.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain verified prospect lists using lead generation platforms (such as Apollo or similar) across two distinct ICPs
• Own the cold email engine end-to-end: domain warmup, deliverability monitoring, sequence setup, A/B testing of subject lines and copy, and continuous iteration based on open and reply data
• Configure from ground zero and operate cold email platforms (such as Instantly or similar)
• Maintain list hygiene, segmentation, and ICP qualification across both brands
• Track, analyze, and report on top‑of‑funnel email metrics: deliverability, open rate, reply rate, qualified responses
