Nibras International School is looking for a qualified and passionate Pastoral Dean of Students to join the growing elementary team in August 2026. The Elementary Pastoral Dean of Students plays a key role in supporting the social-emotional and behavioural development of students across the elementary school. This position focuses on promoting a positive school culture, ensuring student wellbeing and working closely with staff, students and families to address behavioural and pastoral concerns.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Monitoring student behaviour, attendance and overall conduct and intervening when concerns arise.
• Support staff in the consistent implementation of behaviour expectations and restorative practices.
• Champion a whole-KG1-G5 approach to wellbeing, promoting a culture of care, respect and belonging.
