**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and supervise a team of electricians and electrical helpers on commercial and industrial projects.
+ Review electrical prints, blueprints, and schematics and translate them into clear, actionable work plans.
+ Lay out, plan, and coordinate all phases of electrical installation from start to finish.
+ Install, bend, and route conduit, including EMT, in accordance with project specifications and electrical codes.
+ Install and manage cable tray systems and associated electrical cabling.
+ Assign daily tasks and provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members.
+ Monitor work quality, ensuring installations meet project requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve electrical installation issues that arise during construction or retrofit work.
