**Job Summary and Qualifications**

Operates, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs all equipment and systems related to the physical plant.

· Performs general maintenance and security functions to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all patients, staff, and visitors.

· Performs electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and safety inspections as required.

**What qualifications you will need:**

+ Technical/Vocational School Graduate
+ 3-5 years of Electrician experience
+ Minimum 4th year Electrician Apprentice required
