Job Title: Electrician
Salary: £39,140 per annum
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Long Stratton, covering surrounding areas
Reports to: Senior Electrician / Electrical Manager
DBS: Basic check required

Holidays: 23 days + 1 extra day per year up to 28 days (after 5 years)

Role Purpose

Deliver electrical installations, maintenance, testing, and remedial works across Housing Association properties.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical repairs, upgrades, and maintenance.
Close down jobs using a mobile device.
Manage van stock, tools, and materials.
Participate in the call‑out rota (1 in 8 weeks; £150 standby + time and a half).
Work safely in both occupied and unoccupied homes.
