You'll share responsibility for on-call coverage during nights and weekends, ensuring our operations stay uninterrupted. Additionally, you'll take on various other tasks aligned with business needs, including occasional snow removal, showcasing your versatility and commitment.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will focus on the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of crystal growth furnaces, production machinery, and related support equipment to maintain a safe and efficient plant environment. Empowered to work independently, you'll tackle a diverse array of complex assignments, such as installing automated equipment and leading process and product improvement initiatives, all under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor.
