• Attend to required low and high voltage electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical maintenance, construction, installation, and repairs of the building, electrical equipment, and components
• Identify electrical problems and troubleshoot issues
• Document repairs and modifications
• Ensure safety compliance and stay up to date on building and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician / TESDA Certified NC II Electrical Installation and Maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
