Job Summary

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a permanent position based with our client in Scunthorpe.

Immediate start available (subject to interview process).

Salary is £46,000 to £51,000 per annum (depending on experience).

This role requires working days Monday to Friday.

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will lead a group of team leaders and craft persons made up of both internal employees and contractors. You will play a vital role in keeping our assets running safely, reliably, and efficiently through involvement in maintaining critical plant infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance planning and execution – working closely with plant teams to ensure safe, cost-effective engineering support.
• Plant performance and reliability improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and delivering practical solutions.
